Truck or Hydraulics Failed With a Full Drum? We'll Save It.

STEP 1
Call Our 24/7 Breakdown Line
The moment your hydraulics fail with a full drum, call us. You have a very short window before that load sets solid, so we answer day or night and head straight to you.
STEP 2
We Bring the Recovery Unit to You
Our Emergency Hydraulic Recovery Unit fits straight onto your mixer and takes over from a dead pump or motor, with no towing the truck and no waiting days on parts.
STEP 3
We Spin the Drum & Save Your Load
The unit spins the drum and discharges the load on-site, with no spillage, no set concrete and no ruined barrel. Your drum (worth $10,000s) is saved and you're back to work fast.
We spin the drum even with a dead hydraulic pump or motor.
Had a mixer go down mid-pour when the hydraulic pump packed it in, full drum and the concrete clock ticking. Rang the emergency line and they were on site within the hour, hooked the recovery unit straight on and discharged the load before anything set. Saved us a $15k drum and a very expensive cleanup. The only blokes I'll call now.

Why Adelaide Operators Choose Us
An independent, one-stop workshop for trucks and mixers stacks up differently to a dealer or a single-trade shop. Here's the side-by-side.

One-Stop Shop
Truck mechanical and mixer repairs handled in one place, so you’re not towing between workshops.
Truly Independent
Every make and model, honest advice, no dealer lock-in or brand bias.
Emergency Hydraulic Recovery
Our mobile unit saves your drum and your load when hydraulics fail, before the concrete sets.
Hoses Made On-Site
We manufacture hydraulic hoses in-house, so you’re not waiting days for parts.
Genuine Parts, Skilled Techs
Manufacturer-backed oils, filters and components fitted by experienced heavy-vehicle and mixer specialists.
Fast Turnaround & Fleet Programs
Less downtime, plus custom servicing packages that keep your fleet compliant and on the road.
Multiple Workshops
Mechanical at one place, mixer work at another, recovery somewhere else, and you coordinate it all.
Brand Lock-In
Tied to one manufacturer’s line, so you get sold what’s on their shelf, not what your truck actually needs.
No Load Recovery
Hydraulics fail with a full drum and you’re on your own, watching the concrete set solid.
Waiting on Hose Suppliers
Hoses ordered in from a supplier mean days off the road for a part we’d make on-site in an hour.
Generic Parts
Whatever’s cheapest from the catalogue, fitted by whoever happens to be free that day.
Truck Sits in the Queue
No fleet priority and no turnaround promise, just a spot in line and a truck off the road.
Burst a hydraulic hose on the agitator first thing in the morning and figured I'd lost the day. Instead of waiting on a supplier they made the new hose on site while I waited and I was back carting by lunch. That kind of turnaround is gold when you're losing money sitting still. Couldn't be happier with these guys.
Sam Calautti

Talk to the Mechanic, Not a Middleman.
When you call the workshop, Garry answers. When your truck or mixer is up on the hoist, Garry's the one with his head in it. When you come to collect, Garry's the one who walks you through what he found and what it cost. There's no service advisor playing telephone between you and the bloke turning the spanners, which is the entire point.
That's a deliberate choice. Garry started the business because getting a truck or a mixer fixed had become a runaround: mechanical at one shop, mixer work at another, recovery somewhere else, brand lock-in pushing parts you didn't need, and days off the road waiting on a hydraulic hose that should have taken an hour. An independent, one-stop workshop fixes all of that, and a hands-on operator fixes the rest.
If you've been bounced between dealers and single-trade shops and walked away frustrated, this is the version that fixes those problems.

Common Questions, Straight Answers
Yes. This is exactly what our Emergency Hydraulic Recovery Unit is built for. We come to you, connect to your mixer and spin the drum to discharge your load on-site, even with a completely failed hydraulic pump or motor. That stops the concrete setting and saves you from a $10,000+ drum replacement and weeks off the road. Call our 24/7 breakdown line on (08) 7012 3489 the moment it happens.
Yes. We're a fully independent workshop, so we service every major truck brand, including Kenworth, Freightliner, Isuzu, Iveco, UD, Mack and Sinotruk, plus all makes and models of concrete trucks and agitators. No dealer lock-in means honest advice and the right fix for your equipment, not what a manufacturer tells us to sell.
Yes. Our emergency line is open 24/7. When a truck or mixer goes down, every hour costs you, so we respond fast across metro Adelaide and regional SA. Save our breakdown number in every truck before you need it: (08) 7012 3489.
Both. We have a fully equipped workshop at Wingfield for scheduled servicing and bigger jobs, and we provide mobile breakdown support, including emergency hydraulic recovery, when you can't get the truck to us.
Yes. We manufacture all our hydraulic hoses ourselves. When a hose blows, most workshops have to order one in and you wait days. We build it to spec on the spot and get you moving again, fast.
Yes. That's the whole point of a one-stop shop. We handle truck mechanical repairs (engine, brakes, transmission, electrical, suspension) and the concrete mixer/agitator (hydraulics, drum, rollers, chutes, PTO) under one roof, so you deal with one team instead of three.
De-dagging is the removal of hardened concrete build-up (“dags”) from your drum, chutes and hoppers. That build-up adds dead weight, pushes you over load limits, burns extra fuel and wears your mixer faster. We recommend de-dagging every 3 months to keep your mixer legal, efficient and earning.
Yes. We supply and fit genuine hydraulic components, pumps, motors, rollers, bearings, chutes, oils and filters, all backed by manufacturer warranties. Quality parts, not cheap substitutes that fail again in six months.
